1. 1. Who we are

   Eden Media is a creator agency connecting brands with Christian content creators. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For anything about your data, email hello@edenmedia.agency.

2. 2. What we collect

   We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:

   • your name
   • your email address
   • what you're looking for (for example, an influencer campaign or signing as a creator)
   • your message

   We don't run analytics, ads or tracking on this site, and there are no accounts or mailing lists to sign up for.

3. 3. How we use it

   We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to set that work up. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or on taking steps toward a contract you asked about. We never sell your data or use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

4. 4. Who else handles it

   A few trusted services help us run the site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

   • Zoho Mail delivers contact form messages to our inbox and stores them.
   • Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form is being sent by a person, not a bot. To do that it reads technical signals from your browser and device.
   • Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

   These providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised by data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. 5. Cookies

   We don't set any cookies of our own. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small amount of data in your browser that it needs to run the bot check. It isn't used to track you across other sites. Our fonts are served from this website, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or other font services.

6. 6. How long we keep it

   We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up on the conversation, then delete them. If we work together, we keep what we need for as long as the work lasts and for any period the law requires for business records.

7. 7. Your rights

   You can ask us to:

   • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
   • correct anything that's wrong
   • delete your data
   • stop or limit how we use it

   Email hello@edenmedia.agency and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

8. 8. Other websites

   This site links to our Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn pages and to other websites. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle your data.

9. 9. Changes to this policy
